How to Apply

The 2025-26 school year application is now open!

Thank you for considering St. John Vianney Regional School! We are excited to assist you throughout the enrollment process. Below are the steps to guide you through securing a spot for your child.

Enrollment Process for St. John Vianney Regional School

  1. Inquire & Apply
    Begin by scheduling a tour of our school through our inquiry form and submitting your application to get started.

  2. Placement Testing
    After applying, your child will participate in a placement assessment to help us better understand their academic needs.

  3. Principal Meeting
    Meet with our principal to explore whether our mission and values align with your family’s educational goals, and to learn more about one another. 

  4. Registration
    This is the official acceptance! At this stage, you will learn if your child has been accepted. Completing this process is the step where you secure their place for the upcoming school year. This step usually occurs in late spring through summer.

  5. Complete Enrollment Packet
    Submit the required enrollment packet, which includes the financial aid application and other important documents.

  6. Create FACTS Family Portal
    Set up your FACTS Family Portal to access school updates, announcements, and essential information throughout the year.

  7. Attend Orientation in August
    Join us for orientation in August, where you will meet our staff and get familiar with school routines before the year begins.
